Our mission is simple: seasonal food that is healthy and naturally delicious. Our venues sit at the heart of two vibrant and friendly communities. We cater to all dietary requirements including vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, dairy-free and nut-free.

Please chat to our staff if you need more information. We source all our food ingredients from the Sydney basin and serve Australia’s favourite coffee brand, Ministry of Coffee- Australia. Our food and non-alcoholic drinks are also available to take away.

Located in the heart of Avalon village, we are a minute walk from Avalon’s iconic beach and the south Avalon headland. The main café faces Avalon Parade with a smaller covered courtyard area on the side.

Nourished’s food is always seasonal, healthy and delicious. Our menu changes seasonally, reflecting the best natural ingredients that we can source locally. We understand dietary requirements (including vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, dairy/lactose-free and nut-free) and can modify dishes as needed. Nourished’s famous fresh juices and smoothies are available all day. Our fresh bread is supplied daily, including many gluten-free options.
