Catering Process
Selection and Order Placement: Begin by selecting your desired catering options. Add each option to your cart along with the quantity you need. During checkout, please specify the "Ready By Date" in the notes section. If you happen to forget, don't worry—we will confirm the date during our Order Confirmation.
Order Confirmation: Within 24 hours, one of our team members we will send you a confirmation message. At this point, you can make minor adjustments to ensure everything meets your expectations.
Reminder and Final Details: One to two days before your event, we will contact you to finalise all details and confirm your order.
Preparation: Our team will begin sourcing and preparing your selections to ensure everything is fresh and beautifully presented.
Pick-Up Notification: Once everything is ready, we will notify you that your order is available for pick-up.
